- By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms of service.
- Bad humans are not allowed! >_<
- Terms of service are subject to change.
- Please message me if you want a commission that's not listed in my current services!I. General:
- I draw cute and beautiful things/creatures/person.
- I don't draw NSFW (gore/nudity/etc), symbols that are sensitive, suggestive, or offensive, anything that I'm uncomfortable with.
- Please note that since I'm working with pixels, some objects will be simplified.II. Pricing & Payments:
- The base price depends on complexity.
- Payment should be sent before I start working on your commission
- A 50% down payment is possible for prices of $50 and above.
- Additional charges for:
- Complicated designs/outfits.
- No reference commissions (200% of the base price).
- Rush commissions (+30% of the base price).III. Process:
- If no payment or communication is received within 2 days after sending the invoice/quote, I will assign your slot to someone else on the waitlist.
- Work starts after payment has been received.
- Response and start time vary (days/weeks) depending on my schedule.
- I will contact you when I start working on your commission.
- Rush orders are possible if I am available.
- I will communicate with you throughout the process.
- High-resolution PNG/GIF delivered upon completion.IV. Sketches:
- For small commissions such as badges, I usually don't send sketches but I will communicate with you to make sure you are satisfied with it.
- The sketch will show how things are arranged/positioned.
- After the sketch is approved, I will start working on the details and will continue to communicate with you as much as necessary.V. Deadlines:
- 1-week max to accept/decline commissions.
- 1-4 weeks to start after acceptance (based on queue/schedule).
- Depending on the commission's complexity, schedule, and existing works, it may take 3 days - 8 weeks to finish a commission.VI. Refunds:
- No refunds after work starts.
- No refunds if work suddenly gets terminated due to your violation of terms.
- No refunds if you disagree with my artistic style.
- Full refund if I can't start your commission.
- Full refund if I am unable to finish the artwork for any reason.
- Full refund if you cancel before work starts.
- No chargebacks are allowed.
- PayPal Chargebacks result in:
- Loss of rights to the commissioned piece.
- Full rights granted to the artist for further use.
- Decline of chargeback with evidence provided.
- Blacklist from future commissions.VII. Revisions:
- One major unpaid revision per job.
- Additional charges for excessive revisions.
- Any additional requests or changes beyond the agreed-upon scope will be considered for an additional fee.VIII. Copyright & Usage:
- Artist:
- Use for promotion, display, and portfolio. (If you want a private comms, please let me know)
- Client:
- Personal use (social media, forums, etc.).
- Print artwork and claim character (not artwork).
- Use for self-promotion with credit.
- Use in monetized videos/streams.
- Infringement:
- Commercial use without negotiation.
- Claiming artwork as your own.
- Altering artwork without consent.
- Use for NFTs or blockchain endeavors.IX. Commercial Rights & Fees:
- Fees vary depending on service (merchandise, subscriptions, assets, etc.).
- Negotiation and explanation before commission starts.X. Communication:
- Client preference (Twitter, Email, Instagram, Discord).
- I prefer communications on Twitter though, since I am most active there.
- I welcome constructive feedback to ensure your satisfaction with the project.
- I expect all clients to communicate with me respectfully and professionally. This includes avoiding:
- Personal attacks or insults.
- Threatening or harassing language.
- Excessive negativity or criticism.
- Unreasonable demands.
- Spam or irrelevant messages.
- If communication becomes disrespectful or hostile, I reserve the right to terminate the project and will give you no refund.
- Failure to maintain contact for a period of 30 consecutive days will result in the termination of this agreement. Any payments made prior to the termination will not be refunded and are considered forfeited.XI. Breach of Policy:
- Violation of this policy may result in:
- Termination of the project if not yet finished.
- I will give no refund.
- Withholding of final deliverables.
- Blacklisting from future commissions.
- Reporting to relevant platforms (if applicable).
